With more than 40 years of experience serving the maritime industry, Marintec China has established itself as a key event on the global maritime calendar. It brings together professionals and experts from across the maritime sector to connect, share knowledge and explore new business opportunities.
The Team Norway pavilion is located in Hall N1 as before. The pavilion will be branded under the official Norway profile, highlighting the close connection between participating companies and Norway as a leading maritime nation. This joint profiling strengthens individual brands and creates valuable synergies between exhibitors.
There will be a fully dedicated Norwegian – Danish area in hall 4 with a common lounge serving refreshments.
By joining the Team Norway pavilion, you will exhibit together with other strong equipment manufacturers under the Norwegian flag of quality. At the same time, the pavilion allows for individual stand profiling, giving each company the opportunity to showcase its own identity and solutions. This can be tailored in close coordination with our stand contractor, ensuring both a strong collective presence and clear individual visibility.
Apply for grants for participation at trade fairs
Marintec China has been preapproved under the Norwegian government’s export support scheme. This means that companies exhibiting in our Team Norway pavilion can apply to have up to 50% of their costs covered, at a maximum of NOK 70.000. Remember that you must apply before you have incurred expenses on the stand at the fair. Regular stand package:
NME members: NOK 14.595 per sqm
Non-members: NOK 16.495 per sqm
Prices include: Footprint area, walls including print of profiling, carpet, spotlights, table and chairs, info desk and brochure rack, access to common lounge area, free coffee, tea and water during opening hours, project management, and on-site support from NME staff throughout the exhibition period.
Prices does not include: Mandatory digital directory fee of USD 300 per exhibitor, is not included in the stand prices. This fee will be invoiced separately.
Self-builder stand:
NME members: NOK 10.550 per sqm
Non-members: NOK 11.495 per sqm
Prices include: Footprint area, access to common lounge area, free coffee, tea and water during opening hours, project management, and on-site support from NME staff throughout the exhibition period.
