Europort is held in Rotterdam, one of the world’s leading port cities, and is a key international meeting place for maritime innovation and complex shipbuilding. Attracting around 25,000 professional visitors and more than 1,000 exhibitors, Europort is among the world’s largest maritime B2B platforms for networking and knowledge sharing. With a history spanning more than 80 years, the event continues to bring maritime professionals together to connect, collaborate, and drive innovation.
The Team Norway pavilion will be located in the same area of Hall 4 as before. You can view the Europort 2025 floorplan here to see the location of the Team Norway pavilion. The pavilion will be branded under the official Norway profile, highlighting the close connection between participating companies and Norway as a leading maritime nation. This joint profiling strengthens each company’s brand and creates valuable synergies between exhibitors.
The Team Norway pavilion will be part of a joint Norwegian-Danish area in Hall 4, featuring a shared lounge serving refreshments.
By joining the Team Norway pavilion, you will exhibit alongside other strong equipment manufacturers under the Norwegian flag of quality. At the same time, the pavilion allows for individual stand profiling, giving each company the opportunity to showcase its own identity and solutions. This can be tailored in close coordination with our stand contractor, ensuring both a strong collective presence and clear individual visibility.
Apply for grants for participation at trade fairs
Europort has been pre-approved under the Norwegian government’s export support scheme. This means that companies exhibiting in our Team Norway pavilion can apply to have up to 50% of their costs covered, up to a maximum of NOK 70,000. Please note that you must apply before incurring any costs related to the stand at the fair. Regular stand package:
NME members: NOK 11,990 per sqm
Non-members: NOK 12,965 per sqm
Prices include: Footprint area, walls including printed profiling, carpet, spotlights, table and chairs, information desk and brochure rack, access to the shared lounge area, free coffee, tea and water during opening hours, project management, and on-site support from NME staff throughout the exhibition period.
Prices does not include: Mandatory marketing and service package fee of €485 per exhibitor. These costs will be invoiced separately to all exhibitors in the pavilion.
M&G stand package:
NME members: NOK 46,000 per stand
Non-members: NOK 49,500 per stand
Prices include: A footprint area of 1.5–2 sqm where your company may have two delegates, profiling on the back wall, carpet and spotlights, access to the shared lounge area, free coffee, tea and water available in the lounge during opening hours, project management, and on-site support from NME staff throughout the exhibition period.
Prices does not include: Mandatory marketing and service package fee of €485 per exhibitor. These costs will be invoiced separately to all exhibitors in the pavilion.
