Program
During SMM in Hamburg 3 – 6 September, we are hosting and co-hosting several events in the Team Norway pavilion as well as at other locations. Below follows an overview of what is happening during the week.
Tuesday 3 September
14.30 Ship of the Year Award Ceremony
Join us for the Ship of The Year Award ceremony on Tuesday 3 September at 14.30 by Saint Gobain Marine’s stand in the pavilion – stand number B7.200. Refreshments will be served.
The Ship of the Year is a prestigious and important award for the maritime industry, especially for the shipbuilding and the supplier industry. The award is instituted by Skipsrevyen, a major Norwegian maritime magazine. The Ship of the Year Award and Norwegian Maritime Exporters have a long-term collaboration. For us it is a great honour to host the award ceremony at SMM and Nor-Shipping every other year.

19.30 Get2Gether at Hofbräuhaus
As usual at SMM, we are hosting our Get2Gether dinner party in traditional Oktoberfest style on Tuesday 3 September at 19.30 at the Hofbräuhaus, Esplanade 6, Hamburg.
This is a very popular party to attend both for the exhibitors in the Norwegian pavilion, NME members and other partners who are present at the fair.
Prices
Member: NOK 795,-
Non-member: NOK 895,-
Prices include a three-course meal and three units of drinks.

Wednesday 4 September
10.15 – 10.50 North of the ordinary: Team Norway Taking Charge
Norwegian Maritime Exporters invites you to the mini seminar North of the ordinary: Team Norway taking charge. The seminar will highlight how Norway has succeeded in electrifying the ferry fleet. Both the cooperation between the private and public sector, and the cooperation between the various actors in the value chain will be covered.
Confirmed participants so far are: Brødrene Aa, SEAM and Eksfin.

13.00-17.00 Team Norway seminar and networking business mixer
Maritime Cleantech invites together with Innovation Norway and Norwegian Maritime Exporters to a seminar entitled “Voyaging Towards Zero-Emission Passenger Transport”.
The seminar will be followed by a networking opportunity in the Explorers’ Lounge in the Team Norway pavilion in Hall B7, stand B7.300.
Time Seminar: Wednesday 4 September at 13.00 – 15.00.
Place: Meeting room Kopenhagen, Hall B3, Hamburg Messe und Congress.
Time Networking: Wednesday 4 September at 15.00 – 17.00.
Place: Team Norway pavilion lounge, Hall B7, stand number B7.300.

Thursday 5 September
16.30 Team Norway network reception
Norwegian Maritime Exporters invites all pavilion exhibitors, members and partners to our traditional networking event in the Explorers’ Lounge in our Team Norway pavilion on Thursday 5 September at 16:30 – 18:00.
