We are pleased to invite you to exhibit in the Team Norway pavilion at SMM 2024. The Team Norway pavilion have the same excellent location in Hall B7 at the Hamburg Messe und Congress centre as before. The pavilion will be branded under the official Norway-profile highlighting the Norwegian trademark: Quality.

Why exhibit at SMM?

It’s here where the key players of the various sectors discuss and introduce solutions that define benchmarks for the age of Green and Smart Shipping. In addition, a comprehensive programme of workshops and conferences support the event.

Apply for grants to participate in trade fairs
SMM 2024 has been preapproved under the Norwegian government’s export support scheme. This means that companies exhibiting in our Team Norway pavilion can apply to have up to 50% of their costs covered, at a maximum NOK 70.000.-. Remember that you must apply before you have incurred expenses on the stand at the fair.

PRICES
Regular stand package:
NME members: NOK 11,750.- per sqm
Non-members: NOK 13,500.- per sqm
Prices include: Footprint area, walls including print of profiling, carpet, spotlights, table, chairs and info desk. Access to common lounge area, lunch available billed by consumption, free coffee, tea, and water during opening hours. Project management and presence from NME staff during the exhibition period.
Prices does not include: The fair organizer’s mandatory marketing package of EUR 700 and Auma fee of EUR 0.60 per square meter. NME pays for these costs and invoices you when we invoice your stand fee. For the participation in our Get2Gether at Hofbräuhaus and our networking event in the pavilion during the week we will charge a fee per person.

Self-builders:
NME members: 6,450,- per sqm
Non-members: NOK 8.250.- per sqm
Prices include: Footprint area only. Access to common lounge area, lunch available billed by consumption, free coffee, tea, and water during opening hours. Project management and presence from NME staff during the exhibition period.
