Apply for grants for participation at trade fairs
We have applied for Seatrade to be preapproved under the Norwegian government’s export support scheme. If approved, this means that companies exhibiting in our Team Norway pavilion can apply to have up to 50% of their costs covered, at a maximum of NO 70.000. Remember that you must apply before you have incurred expenses on the stand at the fair. Regular stand package
NME members: NOK 23,625,- per sqm
Non-members: NOK 25,150,- per sqm
Prices include:
Footprint area, stand walls including graphics, carpet, spotlights, one double socket, table, chairs and info desk. Access to common lounge area and meeting room, free coffee, tea and water available in the lounge during opening hours. Project management and presence from NME staff during the exhibition period.
Self builders
NME members: NOK 9,400 per sqm
Non-members: NOK 10,450 per sqm

Meet & Greet stand package
NME members: NOK 88,750,- per stand

Footprint area of 1.5 – 2 sqm where your company may have two delegates. Profiling on one wall and divider panels. Access to common lounge area and meeting room, free coffee, tea and water available in the lounge during opening hours. Project management and presence from NME staff during the exhibition period.
