RAPP MARINE SUPPLIES COMPLETE ELECTRIC DECK MACHINERY TO NEW KRILL VESSEL
Rapp Marine supplies complete electric deck machinery to the new krill vessel for Vard Group AS, build by Aker BioMarine. This is Rapp Marine’s first delivery to a krill vessel.
The new and innovative krill vessel is specially developed for sustainable harvesting in the Antarctic and will be equipped with the latest and most advanced eco-friendly technology. Rapp Marine thereby contributes to a sustainable krill fishing and secure good earnings for this new vessel.
Rapp Marine annonces a contract for design, manufacture and delivery of complete electric deck machinery, as well as designing the new vessel’s complete boom and rig constructions. The company has a strong focus on the environment, safety, efficiency, fish quality and crew comfort during fishing operations, and only the very latest technology is used onboard this vessel.
