Øystein is educated as an economist, has a master’s degree in political science and is authorized as financial analyst. He has an impressive resume, with seven years in the Ministry of Finance, three years in Sparebanken NOR, and eighteen year as chief economist in DNB, before joining NHO. He is a regular speaker at industry events, is often seen in the media and a regular contributor in Dagens Næringsliv.
