SANDS is one of the country’s largest business law firms. The firm assists large and medium-sized clients and growth companies in Norway and abroad, and works in teams across its six offices which are geographically spread across the country. SANDS has extensive experience in assisting the supplier industry within the shipping and maritime sector and can assist with all legal needs NME’s members may need, from appropriate contract regulation specific to the industry to general advice in employment law, privacy/GDPR, protection of IP, company law and tax.

• 1 hour of free consultation per case: Get a free consultation to clarify your legal questions.
• Flat 25% discount on ordinary hourly prices. The prices are normally adjusted once a year.
• SANDS regularly arranges legal courses and seminars which our members are most welcome to attend

SKRAIB
SKRAIB has a license from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority to offer business services. Such business services include, among other things, that SKRAIB has permission to sell fully registered joint-stock companies that have been established with a view to resale, so-called shelf companies.
