DESCRIPTION:New dates 2 – 5 February 2021 \nHamburg Messe und Conference (HMC) had ambitious goals for SMM DIGITAL wanting to create a one-of-a-kind marketplace where the exhibitor profiles were a key part of the digital platform. However\, when setting up the digital platform for their postponed Wind Energy exhibition in December\, they did not succeed in generating the online exhibitor profiles at the quality level they wanted. In the light of this experience\, HMC have decided not to offer the exhibitor profiles for SMM DIGITAL in February 2021. \nThe SMM 2021 Conference streams\nThe conference programme allows you to take part in five top-class conferences on 2 – 5 February 2021 highlighting central topics of the maritime industry. \nAt the Maritime Future Summit\, thought leaders share their views on AI and its impact on the maritime industry. With IMO’s 2030 and 2050 climate ambitions calling for effective desulphurisation and decarbonisation strategies\, the gmec – global maritime environmental congress highlights progress and challenges on the way towards zero emissions. Offshore Dialogue provides the frame for discussing the sustainable exploitation of marine resources. And MS&D – the international conference on maritime security and defence will concentrate on the challenges of keeping pace with a wide range of operational requirements. \nIn addition\, the TradeWinds Digital Forum will take a close look at the changing face of shipping and focuses in particular on the financing\, ownership and operation of ships in a free webinar. \nBrowse the comprehensive programme here \n
